The 3rd annual NACD Rebreather Summit was held yesterday at the beautiful "A Frame" building at Camp Kulaqua, in High Springs, Florida. Jill Heinerth hosted a series of morning lectures and a lively afternoon roundtable discussion. Overall, the manufacturers and agencies agreed to continue communication among themselves and the rebreather diving community. Safety, technology, service, and the future of CCR were hot topics. Represented were: Dive Rite Optima, Poseidon Discovery, VRTechnologies Sentinel, Innerspace Megalodon, Pelagian, Silent Diving, KISS, as well as several dive shops and operators, instructors, agencies and of course, the most important participants, the diving public.
