There are no rebreather available to purchase today with a CO2 monitor. The Sentinel will have one soon but it's a fridge, its electronics are finicky and it hasn't had great reviews thus far. The Open Revolution will ship with one when it ships.

But true, there are many more things to look at now when buying a rebreather. CO2 detection, scrubber duration, simplicity, redundancy, bailout options, local servicing, cost of operation, etc...
